A 50% chance of thunderstorms will continue each day all the way through the weekend. I expect it is going to start to heat back up with high temperatures in the mid to Upper 80s each day and lows in the mid-to-upper 60s. I expect this weather pattern to continue all the way through the 4th of July. Wednesday was a very unusual day for June with rain and thunder showers just about all day and temperatures only in the 60s during the afternoon. We received numerous reports of trees blown down from Southern Kentucky into Northern Tennessee. These thunderstorms have really been producing lots of wind and lightning. So while the threat of thunderstorms is still there for the next couple of days at least it does not look at like an all day event. Thursday night we will have a full moon, the Strawberry Moon.
