Harriman police arrested an individual on two counts of violating the sex offender registry/residential work restrictions. Officers took 22-year-old Allen James Scheadler into custody and transported him to the Roane County jail where he was initially placed under $60,000 bond. Scheadler was ordered onto the registry after his conviction of statutory rape.
