SCORE TO RELEASE 2016-17 STATE OF EDUCATION IN TENNESSEE REPORT
The State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE) will release the 2016-17 State of Education in Tennessee report on Thursday. The report also identifies the year’s priorities for Tennessee for 2017. The annual State of Education in Tennessee report provides an overview of the academic gains the state has made, examines the work that has contributed to improvements students have experienced, and highlights the K-12 priorities for Tennessee in 2017 that will help sustain and accelerate the work to prepare all students for success in college and the workforce. The briefing will be attended by state-level education leaders, legislators, policymakers, and educators from K-12 and higher education.
