State Senator Paul Bailey plans to introduce a bill in the upcoming session that would make it illegal for a driver to go slow in a fast lane on four-lane divided highways or interstates. The “Slow Poke Law” is meant to cut down on congestion on highways. Senator Bailey says the proposed law is meant to be more of a safety issue in the state.
