A woman was shot in Cumberland County Tuesday night and a suspect is behind bars. Details on the incident are sketchy at this time however 1057 News did learn that the shooting took place after 8 PM in the area of Peachtree Drive near Holiday Hills. Sources say that a man in his early 20’s allegedly shot a woman with a rifle or shotgun. The woman was reportedly pregnant. There is no report on her condition at this time. A manhunt proceeded with the suspect being caught shortly afterward. No names were revealed and 1057 News will have more on the story as information is revealed.
