Roane County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Tim Phillips confirmed earlier today, around 9 this morning, that his units were sent to 204 Ladd Ridge Road, east of Kingston, where a person was suffering from a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound. He stated that the individual, apparently in his 70s, was transported to Turkey Creek Medical Center by Roane County Ambulance and was responsive at the time of transport.
