Sibbie Ellen Barnes, age 91 of Rockwood, TN, passed away July 19, 2018. Survivors include sons Bobby and wife Kathy Barnes and Henry Barnes; two granddaughters, Angela Barnes Walthers and husband Randy, and Tara Barnes Hayes and husband Ryan; one grandson, Daniel Barnes and his mother Marita Barnes; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 21, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Evans Mortuary. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Reverend Michael Turner of North Rockwood Baptist Church Officiating. Graveside service will be held Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 3:00 pm in Oak Grove Cemetery.
