A Silver Alert was issued early Sunday morning for a missing 73-year-old man with dementia in Murfreesboro. Murfreesboro police reported Clark Dale Sheppard climbed out of the window of Creekside Villas Assisted Living Facility on Ashers Fork Road around 1 AM. He is believed to be wearing a white dress shirt, light blue jeans and tan work boots. He was also carrying a black back pack.

Sheppard suffers from dementia, high blood pressure and has a heart condition.
