SINGLE-VEHICLE FATALITY IN HARRIMAN

A woman was killed in a single vehicle accident in Kingston Wednesday. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says that 41-year-old Chalcey Hepp Harriman was traveling south on State Highway 304 in a 1998 Dodge 1500 pickup, when she left the right side of the roadway, over-corrected re-entering the highway, spinning, leaving the road again and overturning onto its’ top. The report states that Hepp was drinking at the time of the accident and was not restrained. The investigating trooper said that wearing a seatbelt would have made a difference.
