Johnny Earl Stokes, age 50, has been charged in Cumberland County with a new theft. He was arrested back on March 15 after allegedly stealing catalytic converters at a residence on Highway 127 South. Yesterday, deputies served Stokes a warrant in jail for another converter taken off of an RV on Highway 70 North. He will appear in court soon on the charges.
