STOLEN FORD FOCUS RECOVERED ON SPARTA HIGHWAY; SUSPECT APPREHENDED
On April 12, 2025, Officer Matt Charlock, while patrolling Sparta Highway, identified a silver Ford Focus reported stolen by the Gallatin Police Department. The vehicle was located on Sparta Highway, and its stolen status was confirmed via dispatch.
The suspect, Ronnie Greene, was known to have active warrants from Sumner County. Officers, including Charlock, Osmun, Mangas, Grant, and Qualls, apprehended Greene at the address, confirmed his warrants, and took him into custody.
The stolen vehicle was towed to the Crossville Police Department’s impound lot after Gallatin PD declined to process it, and the vehicle’s key was placed in evidence.
Greene was transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center for booking and served with his Sumner County hold.
