Thirty-year-old Josh Carr is suspected of killing his mother and stabbing his grandmother at a home on Bluff Mountain Road in Sevier County yesterday. Carr remains at large as of 7 a.m. eastern Thursday, September 3, 2020. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting with this case. Carr’s grandmother sustained non-life threatening injuries from the incident. If you know the whereabouts of Carr, call 911 immediately and report his position.
