SUSPECT CAUGHT WITH MARIJUANA AND SEVERAL DIFFERENT PILLS IN CROSSVILLE MOTEL ROOM
A Monterey man faces drug charges after Crossville Police discovered numerous prescription drugs in his room at a local motel. Officers were alerted to a woman sitting alone in a vehicle parked behind the Executive Inn. After being questioned by police, the woman told them she was staying in room 235. A male subject, 34-year-old Aaron Arthur Antes, opened the door and officers immediately observed a syringe, various pills and marijuana lying on a night stand. A computer check revealed Antes had an outstanding warrant out of Putnam County and a search of the room turned up several other pills to which Antes reportedly stated that he had no prescription for. He was charged with Possession of a controlled substance, simple possession, possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
