SUSPECT ON THE RUN AFTER BREADBOX ARMED ROBBERY
KNOXVILLE (WATE) – A suspect is on the run after an armed robbery in Knox County Thursday morning. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a man came into the Breadbox at 1606 Lovell Road around 3:22 a.m. The suspect was holding a handgun and demanded money from a store clerk. After receiving money, the suspect fled on foot.
Investigators believe the man is around 5-feet-5-inches to 5-feet-7-inches, weighs between 140-150 pounds and has a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, sunglasses, a white dusk mask, an olive green jacket, a dark-colored shirt, dark gloves, dark pants and boots. Investigators believe he may be the same suspect who robbed a Rocky Top Market at 2064 Castaic Lane. If you have any information, contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Office at 865-215-2243.
