SUSPECTS BUST WOMAN’S VEHICLE WINDOWS AND OFFER THREATS

Wednesday, Cumberland County Deputies were called to an Old Grassy Cove Rd. home for the report of vandalism. Dispatchers stated that the female caller was crying and saying that someone was busting her windows and was going to kill her. Officers found 40-year-old Shiloh Jean Elmore and 39-year-old Theodore Haffner with bloody arms and clothing. Elmore said that, while she was driving, she had been tail-gated by two men in another vehicle. She said the men tried to run her off the road and followed her when she unknowingly turned down a dead end road. After striking the rear-end of Elmore’s vehicle, the men started busting the vehicle’s windows and Elmore said that they stated they wanted her money and were going to kill her. After unsuccessful attempts at stealing her vehicle, the men drove off. A suspect was identified and the investigation is continuing.
