The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an East Tennessee Endangered Child Alert from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office for 13 year old Harley Hopper. Harley is a white female, has dark hair, and blue eyes. She is five foot three inches tall, weighs 220 pounds and was last seen on foot in Greene County in the area of Lower Paint Creek of the Cherokee National Forest. Agents say she is in the company of Kenneth Dylan Whithead after abandoning their vehicle. Whitehead is wanted by the Dent County Sheriff’s Office in Salem, Missouri for kidnapping of a minor in regard to her abduction. Harley was last seen wearing a red & black flannel shirt with long sleeves and dark pajama pants. Whitehead was last seen wearing a light colored Khaki shirt and is known to have a knife.
