A 16-year-old motorcyclist was flown by Life Star to U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville last night following an accident in Morgan County.

Initial reports indicate the motorcycle and a car collided at the intersection of Lower Rockwood Road and Highway 299 near Oakdale.

The accident occurred in front of Jack’s Place Market.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.

Troopers will release more information at a later time.
