TENNESSEE BOARD OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT GIVES RULING ON JUDGE JONATHAN YOUNG

An investigation by the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct has revealed 13th Judicial District Judge Jonathan Lee Young sent inappropriate messages via social media to multiple women starting in 2015. The board concluded Young broke multiple ethical standards and undermined his integrity. Young will be required to complete a judicial ethics program at his own expense. He was given a 30 day suspension but will not be carried out pending if no more unethical incidents take place. He is a judge for counties including Cumberland, Overton, Pickett, Putnam and White.
