TENNESSEE HIGHWAY PATROL BUSTS PAIR IN COOKEVILLE FOR DRUGS WITH INTENT TO RESALE
The Tennessee Highway Patrol netted over five pounds of marijuana along with other drugs in a traffic stop in Cookeville. Troopers say that they smelled the odor of the illegal drug coming from the car on their approach. The investigating trooper and his K-9 partner discovered the pot, three pounds of marijuana butter and assorted candies with varying levels of HTC. $1500 in cash was confiscated along with other items used for packaging and resale. Arrested and charged in the incident were Esther Fass of New York and Mark Korn of California. Both were charged with possession of drugs with intent to resale.
