The Tennessee Highway Patrol is mourning the loss of a long-time officer from Cumberland County. Officials say 64-year-old Randy Elmore passed away yesterday. Elmore was found unresponsive at his residence and it is believed he passed away of natural causes. Elmore served with the highway patrol for more than 30 years. Funeral services will be announced soon.
