Crossville police went to the Executive Inn early yesterday morning for three individuals on site with active warrants. Officers arrested 34-year-old David Kennedy for a violation of an order of protection, 37-year-old Christopher Ballard for failure to appear in court for a theft charge in Clay County and 40-year-old Nicholas A. Cooke for outstanding warrants for domestic assault and DUI. All three were taken to the Cumberland County jail. The inn has been the site of numerous arrests of individials wanted by law enforcement or on drug charges.
