THREE INDICTED FOR MURDER, ROBBERY AND THEFT
Three people have been indicted by a Loudon County grand jury for homicide. The case stems from a May 2017 incident where police responded to a Hill Street home in Loudon where 53-year-old James Johnson was found dead from a gunshot wound. A multi-agency investigation developed evidence to support the indictments of 26-year-old Laqueena D’lisa Brown of Dayton, Tennessee, 31-year-old Clarence Montrell Porter of Chattanooga and 29-year-old Christopher Blake Orr of Ooltewah on charges of first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and theft. Brown and Porter were arrested shortly after being indicted. Orr was arrested this week in Colorado where he is awaiting extradition.
