The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department served three grand jury indictments yesterday. Deputies took 47-year-old Shirley Ann Barnes of Crossville into custody for two counts each of possession of a Schedule II drug for sale and possession of a Schedule II drug for delivery. Jeremy Wayne Dodson, age 28, of Monterey faces burglary and theft and 32-year-old John Paul Brown of Crossville is charged with arson.
