TIME WILL “SPRING FORWARD” EARLY SUNDAY MORNING

It’s time to set your clocks forward one hour as Daylight Savings Time kicks into gear beginning at 2 AM Sunday morning. And, as always, everyone will lose one hour worth of sleep time. While some are saying that the disruption to our sleep patterns could cause problems with our health, the Tennessee legislature is currently considering a bill that would establish daylight saving time as the standard time in Tennessee.  But that bill is still in sub-committee and doesn’t have much of a chance passing.  It’s been proposed several times over the past few years in the Tennessee Legislature.
