TITANS DRAFT ADOREE JACKSON IN SECOND ROUND OF NFL DRAFT
The Tennessee Titans have addressed their secondary concerns by taking versatile Southern California cornerback Adoree Jackson with the 18th pick in the draft. Jackson won the Jim Thorpe Award as the nation’s top defensive back while also playing receiver. Jackson also scored four career touchdowns on punt returns and four more on kickoff returns. It was the first time the Titans used a first-round pick on a defensive player since 2010, when they took Georgia Tech defensive end/outside linebacker Derrick Morgan.
