Cumberland County Director of Schools Janet Graham has announced the top Teachers of the Year and Top Principal. For Pre-K through 4^th Grade, Ms. Ellen Carroll was chosen. She has been at North Cumberland Elementary for 21-years. The 5-8 Grade teacher is Jeff Smith who has been teaching for 24 years. He is at Glenn Martin Elementary. The 9-12 Grade Teacher is Carol Smith, who has taught 32 years and is at Stone Memorial High School. The Principal of the Year in Cumberland County was Stephaine Speich of Frank P. Brown Elementary School. Dr. Rebecca Wood was also named Supervisor of the Year.
