TOYOTA RECALLING MORE THAN 1.8 MILLION VEHICLES

Toyota has issued a recall of more than 1.8 million RAV4s involving model years 2013-2018.
Officials say there is a fire risk from some replacement batteries. Since some replacement batteries in the SUV aren’t the correct dimensions, they could shake loose and start a fire if the car makes a sharp turn.
Toyota said it is working on a remedy to replace the battery hold-down clamp, battery tray, and positive terminal cover at no cost to owners.
The owners will be notified in December.
