Motorists traveling I-40 eastbound near the Cumberland/Roane County line need to be aware of delays that can be expected. Work is being done to improve the curve at the 341 mile marker of I-40 before going down the mountain in the late morning hours until at least 5 p.m. This will not affect westbound traffic. This will be a daily activity until the project is completed later this month.
