A Lawson Drive resident contacted Crossville police last week, for a report of a missing trash can. The resident said his trash can disappeared from outside the front of his home the previous week and, when he tried to contact the city’s trash department (to inquire whether they’d taken it), the staff kept putting him through to 911. No word yet on the fate of the trash can.
