A trial date has been scheduled in a Cumberland County murder case.

Authorities say 58-year-old Tony Charles Davenport of Fairfield Glade is charged with first-degree murder, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

His trial is set to get underway on April 9, 2024.

Davenport is accused of the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Jacob Conrad Lewis at a home on Grouse Court in March 2022. Officers say 51-year-old Florence Easterly and 56-year-old Corey James Hillsman were wounded in the shooting.
