Roane County court officials say trial dates are scheduled tentatively for two of three men charged with first-degree murder.

Officials say the trial of 43-year-old Nicholas Ryan Holloway of Rockwood is set to start on March 5, 2024.

The trial for Shane Douglas Parks of Harriman should begin on March 11, 2024.

A trial date has not been set yet for 39-year-old Joshua Keith Aikens of Rockwood.

All three are accused of the death of 32-year-old Robert Quenton McCullough.

Court documents state on October 7, 2020, the three reportedly beat McCullough at a home in Rockwood and tied him up. They allegedly drove McCullough to an abandoned trailer in the Oakdale area of Morgan County and left his body there.
