TRIAL FOR HOLLY BOBO CASE PUSHED BACK; 2ND DEFENDANT MAY NOT GO TO TRIAL

The trial for one of the defendants in the Holly Bobo murder case has been pushed back to July while another of the accused suspects may not have a trial. Zachary Adam’s trial was scheduled to begin in April in Hardin County but a judge says it would conflict with Easter and the anniversary of the woman’s kidnapping. The trial may be delayed but jury selection will continue as scheduled. 550 summons have been sent to potential jurors with the final selection taking place on July 6th just short of the start of the trial. News 2 is reporting that Jason Autry, who faces the same charges, may not go to trial. They say that Autry’s attorney filed a motion that reviewed the fact that Autry confessed to taking part in the kidnapping, rape and murder of the young nursing student. Dylan Adams is also charged in the crime.
