TROOPERS RESPOND TO TWO VEHICLE CRASH ON HIGHWAY 68 IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident in Cumberland County Saturday afternoon. A trooper says a Dodge Ram driven by 19-year-old Tyler L. Jackson of Crossville was attempting to turn onto Highway 68 off of Deep Draw Road when his vehicle was hit by an oncoming 1987 GMC operated by 25-year-old John Blank of Rockwood. A passenger in Blanks vehicle, 53-year-old Mike Vaughn of Crossville, sustained possible injuries. Both drivers, as well as an adult and two children in the Ram, escaped injury. The report indicates Blank was cited for driving without a license or insurance and improper display of registration. Jackson was charged with failure to yield.
