Crossville police responded to Mountain Village Apartments yesterday for a disturbance. According to the arrest report, witnesses said 41-year-old Jonathan Christopher Turner allegedly pulled a knife on a man then fled the scene. Turner was located on the 200 block of Genesis Road. Police applied the handcuff to one of Turner’s wrist when he reportedly pulled away and swung his fist at an officer. Authorities were able to place Turner under arrest for aggravated domestic assault, aggravated assault of a police officer, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
