Two people were airlifted to an area trauma center following a motorcycle accident in McMinn County late yesterday. Initial reports indicate a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with a 2008 Ford F-350 truck with an attached trailer at the intersection of Highway 307 and County Road 362 in Niota. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. More on this accident, including the names of the two involved, will be released at a later time by authorities.
