Two men in Roane County are facing sex crime charges. Officers say 20-year-old David Austin Kinsey is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of solicitation of a minor to observe sexual contact. In another case, a grand jury indicted 23-year-old Daniel Nikalous Kerns for sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Both were processed at the Roane County jail.
