Cumberland County deputies located and apprehended two fugitives from justice Monday. The first suspect was 38-year-old Andrea Leigh Hester of Knoxville was wanted by Logan County, Kentucky authorities with full extradition. The second individual was 24-year-old Chasity Lynn Evans of Cosby, Tennessee. She was wanted by Catoosa County, Georgia officers with full extradition. Both were taken to the Cumberland County jail.
