Saturday, deputies in Cumberland County went to a home on Coppett Road where two horses were stolen. The owner told officers he located horse tracks leading from his property to an abandoned property adjacent to him. He found markings on the ground there that appeared that someone pulled a horse trailer onto the property. No suspects were named and value of the 16-year-old bay horse and 6-year-old walking horse was set at $5,000.
