A search of a cell by officers in the Cumberland County jail Monday resulted in charges placed on two inmates. The arrest report states 31-year-old Matthew Steven Davies and 32-year-old Michael Shawn Walker, both of Crossville, now both face a charge of introducing contraband into a penal institution after officers allegedly found a small bag containing what appeared to be meth.
