TWO MALES CHARGED AFTER CAUGHT TRYING TO STEAL A VEHICLE IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

Pleasant Hill, TN- Around 11:40 PM on Wednesday night, Cumberland County deputies were dispatched to a residence off Deep Water Road for a possible breaking and entering into vehicles.

Deputies arrived on the scene and observed a vehicle parked partially in the roadway that was occupied by two male subjects. There was a male outside the driver’s door who was holding a screwdriver. He was identified as 19-year-old Hunter Frazee.

When deputies spoke with Hunter about why he was there, he alleged it was his old residence. He was living with his grandma when she apparently kicked him out for smoking CBD. He stated to the deputies he was angry and planning to steal her truck since she left him with nothing.

18-year-old Nolan Conner was the other subject in the vehicle. According to the police report, Nolan resisted arrest before being detained.

When speaking with the owners of the vehicles, they had noticed markings on the driver door of a truck, and attempted to start the vehicle, but weren’t able to due to the vandalism. The damages estimated to the truck were $2,000.

After Hunter and Nolan both were transported to intake, Nolan admitted he had dope in his pants. Near his ankle, deputies retrieved an orange pill bottle containing a crystal-like substance, believed to be methamphetamine, weighing approximately .94 grams along with a glass smoking pipe.

Hunter Frazee was charged with Vandalism and Burglary. His bond is set at $6,500.

Nolan Conner was charged with Resisting Arrest and Man/Del/Sell or possess meth. His bond is set at $4,500.
