Oak Ridge police responded this week to the Atomic Elks Lodge # 1301 on Wilberforce Avenue to a report of people shooting guns and fighting. During the investigation, officers learned that two men sustained gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Methodist Medical Center, then later transported to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained. Both men are reportedly in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing and more information, including the names of the two shot, will be released at a later time.
