Two women from Knoxville were arrested late last night (Thursday, November 2, 2017) in Roane County. Officers arrested 36-year-old Jessica Rena Dulworth for child abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked or suspended license. Also arrested was 44-year-old Jennifer Wilds for assault, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were processed at the Roane County jail and initially placed under no bond.
