“USUAL SUSPECT” ARRESTED AGAIN IN CROSSVILLE

A “usual suspect” has been arrested again in Crossville.
Police responded yesterday to the Sunoco gas station on Highway 70 East to take a stolen wallet report.
The report states the victim misplaced his wallet. He noticed 52-year-old Frank Henry Quince, listed as homeless, standing near where the item went missing.
Officers found the wallet on Quince.
Police say Quince made no effort to return the item containing almost $3,000 to the owner.
The report states Quince saw the police pull up to the store and made no attempt to turn in the wallet.
Quince was arrested for felony theft.
He has a long history with law enforcement in Crossville dating back to 2017.
Some of the incidents include a January 2020 arrest where Quince was arrested at Woodmere Mall after he approached a motorist in a vehicle armed with a knife. He was arrested for assault.
A month later, police responded to Braun Street for an unwanted person. They found Quince. A small pouch reportedly fell from Quince with a baggie containing meth hanging out of it. Quince was arrested for felony possession of meth.
