UT SWAMPS GATORS 38-28 IN SECOND-HALF COMEBACK

For the first time since 2004, the University of Tennessee defeated Florida in a whirlwind 38-28 victory Saturday. Joshua Dobbs accounted for five second-half touchdowns erasing the Gator’s 21-point lead. The win ends an 11-game losing streak in the history between the two teams. Dobbs threw four touchdown passes and ran for a fifth score – all in the second half. He went 16 of 32 for 319 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions. Dobbs also rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown. This puts UT at 4-0 for the season and 1-0 in the SEC. Florida is 3-1 and 1-1. The Volunteers face Georgia next.
