A recent vehicle fire is now ruled an act of arson by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department. Firefighters responded to a residence on Southwinds Drive to find the truck’s cab and engine area engulfed in flames. The report states there was no battery connected to the 1988 Dodge pickup at the time of the blaze. The incident is under investigation.
