Funeral services for Velma Jean Wagner, age 64, formerly of Crossville, will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Burial will follow in Baker’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from noon to 1 p.m. Survivors include daughters: Maranda (Eric) Dolinich and Jamie (Michael Seay) Wagner; 8 grandchildren; brother: John Bilbrey; and sister: Julie Maynard.
