VICTIM REPORTS FIREARMS POINTED AT HIM DURING ALTERCATION
Crossville police recently responded to a Canterbury Lane residence for a male suspect pointing a shotgun and pistol at an individual. The victim met authorities close to the scene and told them an armed 23-year-old Triston Robert Milke told him to leave following an altercation.
Law enforcement went to the home and heard a female voice yelling and begin to count down from 10. Before she finished, officers drew their firearms and detained the woman and Milke.
The report released today states Milke allegedly admitted to drinking alcohol and pointed a shotgun and .22 caliber handgun in the direction of the victim.
Milke was arrested for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon while intoxicated.
