WALSH ARRESTED FOR MULTIPLE CHARGES MONDAY NIGHT

Late Monday night, Cumberland County deputies arrested 64-year-old Terrence John Walsh of Crossville on multiple charges. Walsh had broken a window of his former residence and begun moving his belongings back in. While deputies were at the scene, Walsh returned and admitted having broken the glass door to gain entry.

Mrs. Walsh said she had spoken briefly with Walsh January 14, and he had subsequently sent her sister a text message asking her to have Mrs. Walsh do something about some mail.

Mrs. Walsh stated the calls had come from a burner phone, which Walsh retrieved from a dresser he’d brought back into the home.

Mrs. Walsh said she was in fear for her life with him around.

Walsh was arrested for aggravated stalking (a Class E felony), violation of an order of protection and aggravated burglary and was also served a warrant for violation of an order of protection dating back to January 19 of this year. He was ordered held without bond pending a February 21 hearing.
