A wanted fugitive from Florida has been captured in Bradley County, Tennessee. Agents with the TBI arrested Eric McNeil from Tampa at a Wampler Lane residence in Cleveland, Tennessee. McNeil was wanted out of Hillsborough County, Florida on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior against a 12 to 16 year old victim.

McNeil was transported to the Bradley County jail where he awaits extradition back to Florida.
