WARREN ARRESTED BY CROSSVILLE POLICE AFTER HIGH SPEED PURSUIT

A Crossville man was recently taken into custody by police following a high speed pursuit. The arrest report states one officer was on his way to assist others with an accident when a truck driven by 39-year-old Joseph Weslyn Warren of Crossville pulled away from authorities. A chase started involving Miller Bypass, Highway 127 South and Old Highway 28 when law enforcement lost sight of Warren. He was later located on East Valley Road. A female inside the truck told police she did not want to press reckless endangerment charges so Warren was arrested for felony evading arrest and issued a citation for speeding.
